Over 500+ interactive games and educational resources in one app
Papumba: Games for Toddler 2+ is designed for toddlers and preschoolers and is fully equipped with loads of activities and curriculum milestones that turn learning into play.
The app tackles all the basics the kids must learn at an early age to prepare them for their schooling. From fine motor skills and socialization skills to daily habit building and problem-solving, Papumba offers a lot in one condensed app.
The activities in the app are divvied up based on your child’s age to ensure that everything is age-appropriate and the free seven-day trial is a good opportunity to ensure the content is appropriate for your youngster. Monthly memberships start at $5.99 or you can opt-in for the annual subscription at $54.99.
The art style and animations are super cute for young kids and the activities seem virtually endless. Our playtesters loved the world’s builder which pushed their creativity in fun new ways. The app also features “Family Moments” that encourage activities between parent and child that tie into the recent activity. We definitely recommend trying out the 7-day free trial and at least one month of membership.
The privacy policy is detailed and should ease any parent’s concerns about their child’s privacy while they play. The app is also free of any ads and can be played offline, great for while on the go with your young one.
Upon opening the game, you will set up your child’s profile where you’ll be asked for little information such as your child’s birth year and primary language used. After creating the profile you will immediately proceed to the subscription form. The app does have a 7-day free trial, but you’ll need to remember to cancel it in your subscriptions before you get billed for a monthly or annual fee.
The app is a collection of interactive and learning activities for preschoolers to learn while having fun. Kids can showcase their creativity thru coloring, pretend play games, and storytelling. They can enhance their problem-solving skills in matching games, and their memorization and recognition thru memory games.
Kids are also introduced to socialization skills and behavioral approaches based on their age which we found great for role-playing at home to help reinforce what they’ve learned.
Parental guidance is recommended and you’ll need to keep the audio on for this one!
