Toca Life: Vacation is part of the Toca Boca family of apps. Like other Toca Boca apps, Vacation is vibrant and easy to explore for young players.
We love the variety of scenes for kids to play in, all of which include fun interactive elements. This app is all about vacation life and includes a cute airport terminal, a boardwalk, a beach, and a hotel.
Like other Toca Boca apps, Toca Boca: Vacation is all about discovery. There are clickable elements everywhere, many of which unlock secret items. Kids can also record their game play and voiceover for the stories they create. Recordings can be as long as two minutes and our playtesters found it to be one of their favorite features.
We appreciate that the app has no advertising or in-app purchases. Kids can play on their own or with friends (on the same device) without any concerns.

Toca Life: Vacation opens with a vibrant scene of a coastline with various buildings, islands, and an airport. Areas that can be explored include a cave, a boardwalk, a hotel, the beach, and the airport.
At the airport, kids can run luggage through an x-ray machine, buy snacks from a vending machine, and even explore the cockpit of the plane.
The boardwalk features a cute souvenir shop, snack stand, and rest area. Like all Toca Boca Life apps, the game is all side-scrolling and easy to maneuver. The beach is set up with sandcastles, towels & umbrellas, and interactive elements like a wash-off station. There are lots of characters in every scene which can be customized and brought into the story at any time.
The hotel has a few floors, one of which includes an all-you-can-eat buffet. The elevator takes players up to multiple suites, all of which differ from one another and include more ways to play.

Summary
Toca Boca: Vacation is a fun experience for young players to get a taste of vacation life. We especially liked this to introduce young kids to what a vacation is and what to expect while on vacation. The game is vibrant and very interactive. While there aren’t a lot of scenes, there is plenty to do in each one, keeping players entertained.
