ABOUT
Fiete World by Ahoili Entertainment is a cute pretend world where kids get to explore different countries in a classic open-world experience.
Similar to Toca Boco or Miga Town apps, Fiete World allows kids to explore different areas in a flat side-scrolling environment with cute characters and interactive elements throughout. The art style is unique and was a big hit with our playtesters.
While the app is free to download it only comes with one “country” to start with and you’ll have to purchase all the others to keep going. You can either buy each country at $1.99 or pay to unlock them all for $9.99. That said, we were unable to tell if you’d have to purchase additional countries as they came out if you purchased the full unlock.
The app is free of any ads and has a great privacy policy ensuring your child is protected while playing. If you’re a family that loved the Fiete apps then this one is great to add to the collection. Given its rather limited gameplay, for the cost, you may be better off with the Toca Boca apps.

GAME PLAY
The game immediately starts without any need to set up a parent account. The vibrant scenes and cute characters will grab anyone’s attention immediately, but with only one world available kids may become bored fairly quickly. None of the worlds are particularly expansive, so it’s easy to run out of stuff to do pretty fast, especially for slightly older kids who may tire of the same character interactions.
Debatable as it may sound, the educational benefit of this game depends on how parents are involved. Parents can incorporate learning opportunities by teaching their kids to identify colors, flags, character accessories, animals, and more. Some of our playtesters really loved storytelling within each scene which is where these types of games really excel.
There are no stages, levels, or challenges present in the game. It’s truly just an open dollhouse style of play set in different countries around the world.
